I did not receive all of the items in my order. Why?

Due to stock and availability, the items in your order may be shipped to you in separate packages.

Please allow 2-3 business days for additional items to arrive.

Alternatively your item could be on back order. You will have received an email notification letting you know of this order status. It can take up to 4 weeks to ship back ordered items. If this is not possible, your order will be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method.
