Have you received my returned item?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Brayola. Once we have your items, We will then take up to a further 10 days to inspect the items to ensure they are in the condition we sent them in.

Due to the nature of the garments, We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of any packaged underwear, shapewear, and hosiery (NOT bras!)  that have been opened.

You will receive an additional email once your return has been processed.  If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 15th working day timescale, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.

If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow an additional 72 hours for all your returns to be completed as sometimes we will refund per item, not per order.
