If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
All items must be eligible for return based on the Brayola return policy:
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags and/or packaging within 60 days of delivery.
In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. If you return your items after the 60-day window of time, store credit will be issued in place of a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions of the items are not satisfactory.
