Where is my order?

Your estimated delivery date is in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You can check the latest updates by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and view your order. Where the status shows ‘Track This Order’, just click the link to view the latest update.

If your item is back ordered, you should have received an email to let you know the new shipping date. We aim to get this to you within 4 weeks. If this time exceeds, we will cancel the order.
