What are the conditions of returning an item?

We take pride in every shipment we make, and reserve the right to refuse a return that is not exactly in the condition we shipped it in. 

Brayola will only accept items that are new (purchased from Brayola) unwashed, unworn, free from any personal scents and in the original packaging it was sent out in. Given the intimate nature of our items, we can refuse an item that does not meet hygiene and health regulations. 

Important Information About Returning Items. 

  • Please make sure all tags are intact. If the item did not come with a tag, we will already be aware of these particular brands, so not to worry.
  • When we put the items through checks, if our expert checkers decide the item is not in new pristine condition, we reserve the right not to accept it as a return. You may be offered store credit, or have the item re-shipped back to you. 
  • We do not accept returns for Hosiery or packaged underwear.
  • We strongly suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may deem the items unacceptable for a refund/ return. 

We only sell brand-new pristine items, and in order to maintain a high standard and continue to provide our customers with the service they deserve, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet this standard. 

We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the hygiene and health regulations.
